Denver is smack dab in the middle of cow country, so it should come as no surprise that we have more than our fair share of great steakhouses. Their menus offer a plethora of cuts—from prime beef to rib-eyes, sirloins to porterhouses. With so many sauces and sides to top ‘em off, it’s enough to make your head spin.
