Guard and Grace restaurants in both Denver and Houston share a commitment to excellence and a dedication to providing guests with unforgettable dining experiences.

Named after Chef Troy Guard’s daughter, both locations embody the belief that a steakhouse can be elegant and inviting without sacrificing warmth and hospitality.

Our restaurants started as a vision to keep the vibe light and airy, bringing the outside in. This vision has turned into an award-winning design we are incredibly proud of.

Our menu offers something for everyone, featuring traditional steakhouse favorites alongside a plethora of seafood to highlight Troy’s Hawaiian roots and culinary journey. Prime, dry-aged, and local Wagyu cuts of beef satisfy any appetite. Innovative cocktails and wines from around the world complete the experience, making Guard and Grace the ideal spot for happy hour, a couple's night out, or private events.

After establishing a diverse portfolio of restaurants in Denver, Guard expanded his flagship restaurant to Texas.

Guard and Grace Houston, our largest restaurant to date, showcases our dedication to creating a memorable dining atmosphere.
Our family, or Ohana, is a passionate group of culinary enthusiasts who strive to make lasting memories for our guests.
