Join James Beard Award-nominated chef and Chopped Champion Tristen Epps for a six-night only tasting menu experience. Each Thursday and Friday night from July 19th through August 3rd, he’ll present an intimate seven-course dinner in the private mezzanine at Guard & Grace in downtown Houston. Throughout the dinner, Chef Epps will highlight Afro-Caribbean foodways explored through the lens of modern cuisine and Houston’s global influences, showing how ingredients and techniques migrated from Africa though the Caribbean and into to the food we relate to in the American South. Seating is limited to ten guests per night. Cocktails and wine pairings will be available to order in person. Please notify us of any allergy or dietary concerns.
